We look at the shell to make sure there are no cracks. (could be sign of bad plaster or more intensive structural issues resulting in leaks)
POOL DECKING
Cracked or raised decking can be a tripping hazard (or can be signs of severe shifting that can possibly cause other issues )
POOL SKIMMERS
We take a close look at your skimmers to see of any issues with cracks broken plastics and test to see if there are any possible leaks not visible to the untrained eye.
POOL PUMP AND FILTRATION
We notice things such as not bonded wires, bad electrical connections, cracks on pumps and valves that cause further issues. Bad seals above ground leaks and more.
